Waiting List

We have a litter that arrived on September 19th & will have more litters in the future!

We realize how big of a decision it is to bring home one of our sweet loving cuddlebugs. Our babies are an investment now & for the rest of their lives as they require only the best of everything. We do offer a waiting list where you can reserve a future kitten. To reserve a future kitten a reservation hold of 1/4 of the total cost of a kitten is due & you lock-in the current starting price. Pick is determined by order of reservation hold receipt with Lil' Ahava having the right to hold back any kitten. A 1/4 of the total cost of the kitten is due by 4 & 8 weeks of age. At delivery/pick-up or by 12 weeks of age {whichever is first}, the final 1/4 of the total cost of the kitten is due. Current pre-birth kitten pricing starts at $3,000 {pet only ~ breeding rights are an additional fee & only provided to select small catteries w/similar views}, after kittens are born & evaluated, prices will be adjusted {typically falling between $3,500 - $5,500}.

Reservation holds are non-refundable. If there is no acceptable kitten for you then you can choose to wait for another litter. Once you choose a kitten then that is your chosen kitten, there are no changes. If an unforeseen circumstance arises that causes a kitten to no longer be available then you have the option of choosing another kitten if there is one available, waiting on a future litter, or a refund minus any payment processing fees.
